What we collect
When you sign up for the newsletter or the staff appreciation calendar, we collect your name (if you share it) and your email address. That's the whole list. We don't ask for your school, your role, or anything else, and we don't track you around the internet.
How it's used
Your email is used to send you the free staff appreciation calendar and The Collective Post — our monthly letter with practical PTO tips. That's it. We will never sell your information, rent it out, or hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.
Who handles the email
Emails are sent through Brevo, our email service provider. When you subscribe, your name and email address are stored in our Brevo account so the letters can reach your inbox. Brevo processes that information on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.
Unsubscribe anytime
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list — no guilt trip, no "are you sure?" screens. The free calendar is yours to keep either way.
Your data, your call
Want to see what we have on file for you, fix something, or have us delete it entirely? Email us and we'll take care of it — usually within a few days.
